Well, it's that time.....
Yesterday Mick kicked off this 4-wheeler racing season with a 6th place finish in Yadkinville, NC. Having not raced in a few months we were all very pleased with his finish. Anytime a plaque can be added to his collection, it is a good day. :) Here are a few pics from the race:

Hi!! To answer your question, Kind of =)
I cooked the chicken for the Poppyseed chicken and the Creamy Italian Chicken.
I prepared the Poppyseed Chicken totally except for the last step which is the ritz crackers and the baking in the over.
I prepared the CIC totally, and then just froze it to defrost and reheat over noodles later.
The Chicken breast supreme, I didn't cook anything for. Just prepared the recipe as it called for - short of baking it- and froze it.
But remember- I am just winging it here!! HA!!!
