Last night we went on a short camping excursion with some of our best friends. Nestled just a few miles up the road in the Pisgah National Forest, Lake Powhatan provided us a primitative camping experience with the luxuries of a "beach" swimming area, scheduled activities for the kids, and access to new, clean, bathrooms! We all had a wonderful time swimming, eating, and relaxing! It was a great way to kick off our 4th of July weekend!
