Standing Ovation

My mom and I took Mackaylan to see Standing Ovation yesterday. The movie was full of singing and dancing which KK absolutely loved. When we walked out of the theater she was already asking when we would be able to buy it on DVD. She was in awe of all the dancing and fancy costumes. She didn't move from her seat the entire time. She was absolutely enthralled! After the movie we headed to Target- one of my favorite spots on the planet! I had a few things I wanted to pick up for the house, and of course I found a few other things that we needed as well. At one point Mackaylan looked up and said: "Mama, I think you might be spending too much money!" Oh, a "Dave Ramsey Diva" in the making. Her daddy would be so proud!

I might have to take Faith to see it, sounds like she would love it. My Mom took us to see Romona and Beezes over the week-end and the girls loved it. Hannah Grace is excited to read the books (I knew that would make you happy!!!)

I haven't been brave enough to bring my 2 yr old to the movies yet. I'm getting there though. I love, love, LOVE Target. It brightens my day to shop in that store! lol @ Dave Ramsey Diva!

Hi Lana,

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog so I could come and visit you. Your daughter is ADORABLE!! Lexi wants to see this movie so badly but it isn't playing in our theater :( If we go to a bigger city we might get to see it....otherwise, it will have to wait until it comes out on DVD. It looks really good to me too!

I LOVE Target, but we have to drive about an hour to get to one. Probably a good thing so I don't spend so much money there...lol

Is your daughter going into kindegarten? Alise will be. However, this year hasn't seemed to be as much of a big deal to me as Pre-K4 was. I bawled and sqawled like a baby last year. It's just so darn hard to let our children go sometimes.

You have a very cute blog and a cute daughter (and family) too! I enjoyed visiting your blog. I like the idea of having dinner as a "picnic" on the floor when the kitchen table is a mess!!
